Native Planters

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Volunteer Native Planter, where you’ll connect with like-minded individuals, refine your gardening expertise, and delve into the world of native plants. By tending to the Courtyard Garden and Front Entrance Garden at the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education, you’ll enhance beauty and biodiversity of this important landscape.
Tools are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Remember your waterbottle, to wear sturdy shoes, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!
Volunteer Native Planters meet every Thursday, April 11 to October 3, from 10am-12pm. Registration recommended to stay connected with weather updates. Walk-ins welcome.
