Vegan Valentine’s
February 13 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
$50
Joined by vegan cheesemaker Adam Campos of Ladybug, we invite you to experience the unique art of vegan cheesemaking. During this intimate tasting, we will learn about the process of making vegan cheese, how to pair it with exciting snacks and beverages, how it compares to its dairy counterparts, and what the benefits are of eating vegan. Come have a glass of wine and enjoy this unique Philly food experience!
More about Adam After finding himself unemployed during the COVID 19 lockdown, service industry veteran Adam Campos took to crafting artisanal vegan meats and cheeses, thus Ladybug was born! Using a combination of traditional cheese making methods along with vegan innovations, Ladybug quickly garnered a rabid cult following with a bold mix of flavors and a look VegNews called “Instagram-Worthy”!
This event is part of our Winterfest series, which celebrates wildlife at the Schuylkill Center. We invite you to bring a donation of Lysol wipes, cotton balls, trash bags, or Dawn dish soap to this event to help us care for sick, injured, or abandoned wildlife at the Wildlife Clinic.
Winterfest is sponsored by these local businesses who have made the decision to give back to community. Thank you to our sponsors for supporting wildlife in Philadelphia!
