Wellness Saturday: Forest Meditation – FULL

This event is FULL. Please continue to check our upcoming events calendar for future wellness programs.

Come out for a mindful and meditative walk in the autumn forest. Mindfulness and meditative practices in nature have been shown to help reduce stress and improve quality of life.  We’ll move slowly over a relatively short distance, making stops along the way to take in nature with all of our senses and to practice staying in the present moment with breath awareness.  Be sure to bring a tea cup with you as we will close with a white pine tea ceremony, freshly made from our pine tree forest. Space is limited; registration is required. Masks are required and temperature checks will be conducted prior to the start of the program.
