The Schuylkill Center -

Looking for something to appeal to curious young minds and busy young bodies when school's closed but you still have to work? Get them outdoors with the Schuylkill Center's Day-Off Camps. Trained educators lead students in grades K-6 on unique nature-themed explorations that take advantage of our science lab, Discovery Center, and 365 acres of beautiful wooded trails, streams, and ponds.

Fees and Registration for Day-Off Camps

Time: 8:00 am–3:00 pm

Fee: Members: $80 | Non-members: $90

Extended day until 6:00 pm is available for an additional $20/day.

Cancellation Policy: Day-off camps will be canceled ONE WEEK PRIOR if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

Registration required, space is limited.

Campers need to bring:

a packed lunch
water bottle
extra set of clothes
weather-appropriate clothing that can get dirty (programs still run in light rain and snow).

Camp Dates & Themes

We offer one-day Day-Off Camps and weeklong camps for spring and winter breaks. Participants may register for as many or as few days as they choose. See upcoming Day-Off Camps here.
